Part 1: What has happened in Gaza?

We will invite survivors and witnesses to outline the scale of human suffering, devastation and destruction in Gaza;

Part 2: What are Britain's legal responsibilities?

We will invite legal experts to outline the duties and obligations as laid out in domestic and international law;

Part 3: What has Britain's role been in the genocide?

We establish Britain’s involvement in Israeli military operations in Gaza, including (but not limited to) the supply of weapons, surveillance aircraft and use of Royal Air Force bases.

Part 4: Has Britain lived up to its legal obligations?

In this concluding section, we will analyse the evidence presented to conclude whether Britain has fulfilled its legal obligations as laid out in domestic and international law.

Location

The tribunal will take place at Church House, Westminster in Central London.
