Tribunal Format

Across two days we will explore Britain's complicity in Gaza. The tribunal will be divided into four sections: what has happened in Gaza; what Britain's legal responsibilities are; what has Britain's role been; and has Britain lived up to to its legal obligations.

"

The Witnesses

We will hear testimonies from Palestinians on the ground, medics and aid workers as well as legal experts to expose Britain's complicity in the genocide.

The Bill

On 4 June, Jeremy Corbyn MP introduced a bill into the UK House of Commons calling on the government to establish an independent inquiry into UK involvement in Israeli military operations in Gaza, including the supply of weapons, surveillance aircraft and use of Royal Air Force bases.

At the second reading on 4 July, the government rejected this bill and refused to establish such an inquiry. The public deserves to know the full scale of their government’s complicity in genocide. That is why we are holding The Gaza Tribunal.
